Applied Composite Material Corp. ("ACMC"),founded in 2011, commits to research, development, and innovative manufacturing of metal matrix composite materials, modern processing technology, production equipment and facilities, scale fabrication various specification high quality copper clad aluminum bi-metalic composites (“CCAC”).


Original by ACMC, who invented isothermal processing technology to fabricate metal composite and applied for core invention patents in intellectual property offices of 37 countries and regions in Europe, China, the United States, Japan, India, and other countries and regions. ACMC's main plant factory are equipped with world-class short-flow continuous production facilities, to mass produce totally encapsulated CCAC busbar, strip, tube, flat wire, wires and profiles. Currently, we are launching new products and the plant is being expanded to increase production capacity in order to meet the demand from the market.


The patented short-flow processing and continuous fabrication line is world class facility to fabricate high quality CCAC bus of which structured as three layers of the cladding copper, aluminum core and metallurgical bonding layer, the copper and aluminum interface achieved metallic bonding. The bimetal composite, as a suitable electrical and thermal conductor, is characterized as good electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, light weight, good mechanical ductility and formability. Development of high-performance CCAC conductor to meet the requirements of green, environmentally friendly recycling economy, production sector involving busbars, strips, tubes, flat-wires, wires and profiles, the market is broad and prosperous.
